+ The restaurant at this hotel is excellent and its traditional Italian kitchen lives upto its name and quality. The pizzas and meat grilled on the wood burning oven were spectacular. The outside of the bunglows and the garden was very pleasant - The room

No problems. Very clean but small. AC worked fine. The park is very clean and nice walking distance from bar and info center. Outside chairs by the cabin was a nice touch. Get a bottle of wine after a day of touring and relax. Pool was not heated. E

Flaminio Village is quite a few steps from the centre of Rome, you can take train or bus to get easily to Piazza Flaminio (Piazza del Popolo). Restaurant offers tasteful italian dishes, very helpful staff, good buffet breakfast (completely free of charge if you book a bungalow). Bungalows are big and comfortable, you can choose among different types, we stayed in a Capri bungalow, with equipped kitchen, veranda with deckchairs and barbecue, private bathroom and double/twin room. Quite a fantastic place to stay, if you want to stay close to town and in a green park. Prices start from 20 euro, but they also advertise cabins from 10 euro. Public transportation work all day and night and are safe, the tocket costs just 1 euro for 75 mins. Nearby, you also have the Plympic Stadium and the Auditorium for concerts and music performances...Well, i'd recommend this place to everybody and I'd go there again!

Would Recommend to Anyone - Good Value Stayed here for three nights in June 08. Half the park is for campers and tents, the other half are trailer homes (bungalows). I stayed in a trailer home and it was perfect for our stay. There is a restaurant and snack bar on site at very reasonable prices. Close proximity (10 min walk) to the train station to catch a 10 minute ride into Rome. Nice pool and playground for the kids on site. The area was safe, secure, quiet, clean, and family friendly. You did have to walk from place to place but for our young family it was no problem. Rates included breakfast. Good towels and nice shower with plenty of hot water. Information Booth on site with tourist info, maps of Rome, train tickets, and offers on tours around the city. Overall this place was a terrific value. Drawbacks: no maid service.

I was a bit dubious at first when i booked this but was pleased to find everything was in order for you ie transport etc. its worth it to organise all the transfer fees beforehand .the village was very picturesque and very clean, the breakfast is very good although i didnt like the restaurant on the site [which is seperate from the breakfast room].
