- The room was absolutely tiny, about a foot of space all around the bed and that was it! practically a cupboard, the 'satellite tv' had 5 channels and was barely watchable due to terrible reception, the 3 sq. ft balcont had a large airconditioner unit taking up most of its room and it faced a wall and horrible backalley. we moved to a neighbouring hotel the next day and got a much bigger, cleaner room and was about 25% cheaper too! think there were better room in the hotel but we were given this room as we booked online and were soft targets, internet bookers beware!

We stayed in a 3-star hotel that was well situated near to the train/bus station. Although basic in facilities, the room was comfortable and clean. We did not spend much time at the hotel as we were busy sightseeing all day and exhausted at night.

this hotel was represented very well by Venere, my room was very comfortably large for a single room in Europe, also furnishings were nice, painted and decorative, bathroom good, and room very clean, also nice staff at desk, English well-spoken. Good value for price, and decent breakfast. Would definitely stay at Fiamma again.

The hotel looked good and our room was nice and spacious. Unfortunately, although the bathroom was spotlessly clean there was a very unpleasant smell which seemed to come from the drains and it really made you want to avoid the bathroom. Also, although not too far from the main tourist areas, the hotel's location felt a little bit unsafe once it got dark. This is not a hotel we would choose to stay in again.

Everything was fine except one of the receptionist who was trying to convince me about a broken AC unit which was obviously was broken, the electrician guy doesn`t have a clue about the ACs or just he was so patient and slowly... but of course I was suffering in that sauna not him..But at the end of the day another receptionist gave me another room where everything was GREAT!
