+ Good location (close to railway station), clean and tidy rooms, friendly hotel service, tv (programs only in italian language) - Very poor breakfast( is not serviced by hotel) you need to go to coffee bar, you will get one roll (not fresh)and one cup of coffee or tea, serviced by arrogant staff!!.

+ Our plane was 4 hours late at fumincino - landing at midnight, on phoning the hotel the concierge said 'no problem' i will wait for you whatever time you arrive'- this was typical of her approach - could not have been better at the ritz. very good advice about local facilities - The shower head was plumbed in above the enclosure - consequently it sprayed out above the enclosure-all over the floor - causing unnecessary work for both guests and room staff - a simple lowering of the head could stop this. perhaps install a flexible hose to shower head

+ Second time we have used the hotel - concierge excellent - very helpful. hotel clean, and quiet despite central position. - Shower still sprays out above the shower screen

+ Very near to station terminai ,pleasent staff. - After e mailing to say we would be late in evening it appeared the room was given away nand we were mooved to another b & b and again moved two days later .

+ Very welcoming and accommodating staff, very thorough cleaning of the room and excellent location for seeing rome. - Could not get constant temperature in the shower.

+ Good location. the room was simple, but clean. - When we arrived there was no reception in the building. fortunately, there was a note on the door asking us to get the keys in another address. but nothing was said during the reservation. also, the breakfast is at a cafe outside the building. and extremely poor: one croissant and one hot drink.

+ Rooms were clean and air conditioned. - The hotel did not receive notification of our booking from easybooking.com before we arrived so there was nobody there when we arrived. we had to wait in a bar and leave a note in the door for them to ring us whe they returned. as such they didn't actually have the room available and so we had to stay in a room in one of the other family hotels for the first night and then get up early to check out of it in the morning and carry our luggage down to check into the evergreen itself the next day. this was very inconvenient and very poor service on behalf of easybooking. i would have liked the evergreen staff not to have moveus but they did their best.

+ Owner very helpful. room very clean and newly refurbished. breakfast included. - Problems with shower & hot water.

+ Nice, clean room. good location. good price. - Was overbooked the first 2 nights so had to stay in another room within the same building & move to b&b evergreen afterwards, but the room we were given for the first 2 nights was very nice.

- We had to move to another hotel 2 times, because my credit card was negative. we already payd, but they said we did not have confirmation so we should move. they say they have sent an email before, but they send it to the wrong adress. so i'm not positive about the service!
