Hotel staff (reception) were very unfriendly and reluctant to help. hotel itself felt very sterile. I would only recommend the hotel to a single person on a business trip who requires no communication with the hotel staff. Hotel was out of the way for many taxis.

The hotel is difficult to reach without a GPS and is placed in the coomercial area of Rome. Although it is a very clean hotel and offers good service (we did not have breakfast there), the location is the weak point. For travellers, it has an internet connection in the room.

+restaurant -no ironing facilities in the room, no 5.30pm shuttle to the hotel from trmini station, mattress was very hard, pillows too soft, only one english speaking tv news station, no staelitte tv channe, no where does it say that this is a no smoking hotel

Hotel built out of the way (modern but looks like a converted office block). Long way from town and difficult to get to. Has a shuttle to Rome Termini at 8am and 10 am, returning at 7.30pm and 10pm, but have to pay E4 each way. Supposed to be satellite TV and High speed internet in room, but was only working 10% of the time I was staying. Staff tried hard and were friendly mostly. Room was quite large and clean, nice ensuite. Wouldn't stay there again, rather stay close to Termini for same price or cheaper. Breakfast was expensive in my opinion for what was available.

+ The staff at the front desk and at the bar were fantastic! we can't wait to stay again. - The only gripe that i have at about the hotel is that i asked the housekeeper to give us 10 mins before she came to clean our room so that we could leave. our room was never cleaned for the day.

very friendly and accommodating receptionists generally - ready and willing to help me with everything it was quite difficult to find out bus schedule for city center connection /bus nr. 508/ - should be available at hotel lobby on the easy accessible place with possibility to take copy of it a bus driver didn't know the name of bus stop Tenuta della Mistica - so it was really hard to get out the bus at right stop. IMHO shlould help to place some ad next bus stop Tenuta della Mistica with hotel name and logo on foregoing bus stop. ;-)
