location, new, price-quality ratio, we were given a room with a balcony without extra charge... oh and the emergency string in the bathroom works well... pull on it and reception calls immediately... and we thought it was to turn the fan off... oops!? the rooms were not 'spacious' as described... but it may have been because we had a balcony (unlike other rooms) so it made fitting 2 small suitcases in tricky... the beds were only made up after we left the room once... both not a big deal for us

Very clean, comfortable, has elevator. Great people managing the hotel, as Alitalia lost my lugage and the staff (Marco/Gianni) was very helpful with support to solve the problem out. Many thanks. highly recommendable. Just be aware air conditioning is not included in the tariff you have to pay extra for it.

+ The staff was very friendly. - The bathroom door did not shut at all. Loud talking all night and the hallways were very loud when people were walking. Hard to sleep with the noise.
