Very friendly owner. did not have twin room as booked so put us in triple x 2 nights but then had to share a double. - Bell wasn't working so could not get owners attention to get into b&b - took some time to get in.

Owner of that hotel was very nice but that's it! - That hotel doesn't have air condition and it was extremely hot inside, specially during night. hotel doesn't support even a shower soup or gel (there was only 1 very small piece of soup which last for only one shower). owner looks like he wanted to sell every little voucher he has(open tour bus tickets he wanted to sell for £2 more than on a market). be honest i won't recommend that hotel to anyone. it wasn't worth the money! you guys have to give a better hotel description in future. i enjoyed my holidays and weather!

For a short trip to rome this is a brilliant place to stay for location, it really is less them 5 mins walk to the vatican & with in walking distance of everything. the b&b was very basic, but very clean & tidy.would use it again. - If i could add 1 thing to the room it would be a kettle & coffee, although the owner would make you a coffe it you wanted one.

Great friendly owner in a fantastic location. so close to the vatican, but in a quiet pleasant street. can't recommend it enough.

I found the owner to be very helpful and friendly,he always had time for a smile and a chat and provided a good breakfast service - The only minor thing was that there was no shampoo provided in the bathroom.also the sockets are not the same size as spain so probably visitors from england may also need to know this.

The hotel location was fantastic just a few minutes walk to the vatican and st peters square - The staff was not the most friendly and at times quite rude.

It was located perfect close to the vatican, st.petrus church and and walking distance to the center. the room was very big and clean and a kind owner. - We had a triple room and the third bed was not so good. some kind of couch you could turn in to a bed.

Very friendly staff, and fantastic location and the fridge was very handy. - I am not entirely sure what 'en suite' means to the italians, but the rooms were definately not en suite. the bathroom was next door to the room and therefore you had to leave your room to get there and it was also shared with at least two other rooms. it is stated that breakfast is included, however this consisted of a cappachino and orange juice and a pre-packaged (slightly stale) croissant.
