The reception clerk kept talking to my husband, when I was the one who'd made the reservation and who was speaking in Italian -- this ticked me off! Also, the restaurant recommended by the hotel was mediocre and geared toward Americans who wanted Ameri-Italian food, which we did not. DIdn't like having to return the room key to the 5th floor reception from our 2nd floor room whenever we left the building. The hotel itself has nice enough rooms but I guess we were expecting much more for the money, after the place we stayed in Florence (which was much nicer for 30 euro less/night)

Location is good in that it is located close to the main Termini station, however you should be aware that it is located on the other side of the station to the key tourist sites. During warmer months I would definitely recommend the rooftop area. Accommodation is expensive in Rome so set your expectations by the hotel's star rating *not* the price you are paying for the room.

Great value for Rome and centrally located. Buy the Roma pass for EUR20. Best value in Rome for seeing the attractions and using the transportation systems.

The staff was helpful and the terrace was beautiful! The room and bathrooms were both very clean, it was overall a nice place to stay.

+The staff were very helpful and friendly and accomodating. On our arrival, the staff gave us great information on the must see site and metro/bus routes. We used this outlined map for our complete stay. The location was great and our children stayed in the hostel beside the hotel, which worked out prefectly. We enjoyed using the roof top patio for breakfast as well as in the evening.

We were there for three nights begin of July for tourism. It's not in the center of Roma (500m from Termini station) but you can reach it very quickly by bus or metro. It's a very quiet location (difficult to find in Roma). If we go back to Roma we will probably stay in the same hotel.

Wont be disappointed friendly, clean, worth the money and close to train station. Be aware however, hotel is also a hostel (does not interfere with hotel) very train station accessible. Good value for dollar.

very clean comfortable hotel. We shared a bath and it was kept very clean. Nice terrace, also kept very clean--we enjoyed our wine there at night. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Little noisy as on the street but the breeze was worth keeping the windows open. I would stay there again

    - Reception was on 5th floor, needed to leave the key everytime you left requiring you to go up and down repeatedly, the stairs had big steps then tiny steps tiring you out. electricity went out, heater didnt work, No internet, had to argue to check in be
