Hotel is conveniently located near Termini train station, it is clean, we stayed in a room for 3, not too big but comfortable, private bathroom and heating system are OK. Owner is very helpful and courteous. Be prepared because advanced payment in cash is required upon arrival.

The room is OK (just renovated) but the shower room too small. Dont forget to pay in advanced plus deposit. over all we satisfied with the hotel.

We had already stayed in this hotel and then we thought it was highly to recommend. But this time the owners were doing works inside the hotel. So our stay didn't turn very well : - there was very much noise from the morning till the end of the afternoon. - the credit card payment was unavailable, which obliged us to carry and to give cash. - the owners forgot soap on our last morning. - the owners entered our room without knocking before, which my wife and I found shocking. I wonder why the owners decided to let their hotel open, above all at usual rates ! For our next in Rome we'll choose another one...

The add lead one to believe aircondition was included. On arrival I had to pay for Aircondition IN ADVANCE 8 Euro per day and pay a cash deposit of 50 Euro for AC control and 20 Euro for keys (which I never got back). NOT FAIR. Theother hotels did not have this policy. We moved a few days later toa better and fairer place.

Ok place to stay, but probably could find better. Good location near buses, trains, metro, good restaurants nearby, reasonably clean, OK room. Breakfast is small with no cheese, meats or eggs. The negatives are considerable street noise, no phones, no Internet access, you pay in cash, (i.e. no credit cards), and worst of all no easy way that you can be reached. The published phone number or Internet couldn’t reach the hotel so with an emergency at home we were nearly impossible to get a hold of. We communicated by local Internet and phone service shops near the hotel. The hotel did give us a 50% break on the final booked day when we had to leave a day early because of a family emergency. As some others commented the manager is a bit snarly. We were chastised twice for leaving lights on once when going to the front desk on the day we were leaving (a 3-minute duration at most).

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, we were very satisfied with the room (rather small but very clean and neat). Even though we arried before noon they let us check-in. We didn't know that there was a deposit of 20 euros for the key and that you had to pay for the room at check-in, but the manager was very indulgent. The breakfast was served in our room and very moderate (1 croissant, juice, coffe/tea, biscotti w/ jam). But overall we recommend the hotel if you're staying for just a few nights.

payment by card first refused, when insisted(as on Sunday bankers closed) they accepted. Difficult communication as for non English or German or any language except Italian. In other aspects the hotel is O.K., clean.

The towels were not changed during our stay for 4 nights. Other than that, it is ok in general.

In 9 weeks travelling Europe this was the most disappointing stay in a hotel purely due to the attitude of the onwer. The location, room and surrounding areas were fantastic however be aware you will be made feel very unwelcome. Firstly we couldnt use our credit card to pay as the machine wasnt working (looking at other peoples comments now it seem like he uses that excuse regularly so customers pay cash-from up to two years ago, still not fixed?) He knocked on our door at 11 pm to tell us that we were too loud (talking at normal level!!) and turned the light out in front of us maybe to save electricity??? Next night came back at 9 pm and couldnt open the door so worked out pretty quickly we had been locked out of our own room!!!!!!!!! The reason was, after having to look for him in the whole apartment block, was because we had blocked the toilet (normal paper usage) and he had called a plumber and had to pay 100 euro...so got a lecture whilst on our honeymoon!!!!! Its a shame, because the hotel is in a good spot, and the room is really good but would never stay there again as you feel very unwelcome and feel like you are constantly in trouble. Would not recommend this hotel based on service at all.
