The staffs are very friendly and will warmly offer helps on the local transportation, the visiting plans, etc. The hotel is near the railway station, with all kinds of facilities around it, very convinient.

We did not have a good experience here. The room was unpleasant, hot and the in room shower/toilet didn't even have a place to hang a towel, much less a curtain. Despite its convenience to Termini, we can find no reason we would stay here again.

The staff are very welcoming and warn you about pick pockets on the bus and trains. You receive a map of the city and any information needed will be given to you. It is not a bed and breakfast and there is no such thing as television, radio, the Internet, etc. You pay to have a place to rest at night! If you need to eat out or use the Internet or make a call, its all located downstairs, quite convenient! The dormitory however has no place to hang your clothes and not enough space especially when full. I stayed in the men's dormitory with four other people from various places, who came in and went. The hotel is located just a few meters from termini station which is quite good as you can access the city from there. I would love to book Cressy again when I go to Rome.

close to the central train station which is one of the only points where the main subways connect. The general area around the hotel is a little rundown and scummy looking, but it is a great point to start from to get around the city. The staff was great at explaining the city transport and beautiful walking tours and it is a pretty secure location; keys to the buildings main entrance, to the hotel front door on the fifth floor and keys to your room. Great for backpackers, don't know if its the family type of hotel though. we were a group of 4 and the price was decent split. Just be prepared to pay in cash.

Stayed at Cressy, traveling solo in Rome, and was well pleased with the service. Friendly staff and was of great help during my entire four day stay. Excellent location, a short walk from the train station which is ideal, especially if you are dragging along luggage. A nice find overall.

I was in Cressy for two days, I think this is a cheap hostel, not hotel, it's in a 5th floor and has no door to the street. Is a good place if your idea is to go and visit the city for the whole day.

better looking inside than outside. staff was very helpful, they provided me with a map and directions. it was safe. i left my bags the last day until after check out. the bathroom was shared and at least two times i had to wait "in line" to use it. expensive for what it was but i guess hotels in rome are expensive. overall i recommend it.

Good value for money. We stayed for a night each in a double room and a triple room and both rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Most important was that the toilets in the room and the shared ones were clean. City map was provided as soon as we arrived a

The staff is amazing, but in fact the hotel is too expensive if we compare with the services offered (no breakfast, etc)
