The so called breakfast was a croissant and tea. You have to heat the water yourself with an waterboiler in the room The overall cleaning was very poor. In the bathroom it was full of mould and to close the door you had to step inside the shower. You could only take one shower then the hot water was out. The beds lacked mattress and slipped apart. Our overall impression was filthy, very badly cleaned. With a good cleaning and some other minor improvements it can get much better.

I chose this hotel for price and location. The standard was really poor. The toilet was in the corridor with access for anybody. To enter the hotel 3 keys were necessary. The staff did not have a second key, so my room was never cleaned during the week. The staff of asian origin always seemed sleepy, but smiling. The same breakfast was served every day on a tray in the room: An apple,a croissant and a cup of tea.

the only thing to take into account as a bad influence is the lack of common areas and the situation. the hotel is located near a square almost always empty or with non-recommended people. the room is more spacious than it looks in the photos, with confortable facilities. the staff in the hotel is really friendly and polite. the reception is always open!!! a really good rate between price and quality.

In spite of having confirmed booking we had to wait for more than 1 hr at reception as there were no room available for us in the hotel. After a wastage of time we were taken to another hotel and given accommodation. It was almost impossible to communicate with receptionist as she didn't know English. In my opinion this hotel should be taken out from Vener.com

This is the worst hotel I've been in in my life! It is in an abandoned building in Rome's China Town. Its not even a real hotel but an apartment turned into a hotel. The neighborhood is filthy and isnt safe at all. I could not sleep the night I was there because of a woman screaming who lived in the floor below. My stay at this hotel really ruined my trip to Rome.

The only inconvenience that we have was the communication with the staff because they didn`t speak italian or english, only a few words
