the location is good, very close to the main train station. but it is located on the third floor of a building which is full of different hotels. the room is pretty standard. the bathroom is spacious and clean. but the breakfast is terrible! The room is extremely noicy from the outside street noice. if you want to sleep, you have to close all the windows but then, you won't have much air in the room. for a double room cost 100euro, I think it is too shabby.

Very friendly staff, particularly the Italian guy that greated us (he spoke a cute version of broken English plus occasional Italian words to fill in the gaps :) )! When he heard that this was our first time in Rome, he gave us a map and started indicating the main sightseeing sights, including info on bus lines and metro working hours, some general advice (esp on safety), and was genuinely interested that we make the most of our visit in Rome! Rooms were small but clean, and had small safes for documents etc. Free internet in the hall was an added bonus. Breakfast - very basic (cappuccino/tea and croissant plus some jam & biscuits), but room service :) Hotel is situated in a neighbourhood where you would not want to hang around, especially after dark, but it was only a block away from Termini station and therefore very convenient for us. Price/quality ratio v.good, would return again - welcoming & friendly service!
