The Hotel is clean and neat and consists of the 3rd floor of a building. The lift is very old but works well. Hotel corridor can be noisy at night as all rooms are on the 3rd floor. Staff are very friendly and helpfull and are there 24/7. There is an aircon and a room safe which is a big bonus. The breakfast is a plain croisant and one cup of coffee or juice and the cafe on the corner, very disappointing. If that is not a big deal to you, the hotel can be recomended.

This was a great hotel - fantastic location close to Termini and an easy walk even with suitcases. It was clean and well appointed, although beds pretty firm (although not more than other Italian hotels I have stayed in). Breakfast was terrible (a coffee and croissant at a bar next door) and after the first morning we didn't even bother as plenty of excellent options elsewhere. Staff were friendly but not very helpful. Hotel is on the third floor and there is a lift. Beware of room 310 - it is directly opposite reception and VERY noisy. To gain access to the hotel there is a buzzer which rings at reception and this can occur at any hour. Night staff watched television at a very loud volume and there was a lot of noise at staff changeover times. That said, I would definitely stay here again but request a room as far from reception as possible.

the breakfast was so poor. we couldnt believe it. First, we needed to go out of hotel. we ate breakfast at snack bar. Second, we could eat only one drink and one small croissant. It was very poor beakfast I've ever seen.

Location is 5 mins. from Termini. Access on to 3rd.floor where the hotel is situated is by a small antique looking lift but which functions very well. stairs is the option. Window blinds and shutters are very effective at shutting out the street noise. Bedding and towels changed daily and the staff are very pleasant. Restaurants, tratori and bars all nearby. We would return.
