Great location. Breakfast adequate, but below par for the price. Courtyard rooms are quiet, despite being on a busy street.

We enjoyed our stay as this hotel is close to the Colloseum and not far from the Train Station. Our only issue was the fridge in the room didn't work, the room was a little small.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Once they upgraded our room, we were very happy. It's close to the train station. The initial room they assigned us was terrible. The room and the bed were too small.“Initially, we were very disappointed...

I've stayed in Borromeo hotel for a week. The location is very good, although the hotel is above the metro lines and you can feel it, since we were on the road all day it was absolutely no problem! It's only a few minutes from the colosseum, 15min walk from piazza venezia and 50m from the metro station! The room was very nice and spacious and there were only 2 problems: the first was the breakfast which is very poor in variety and quality, and the second the water refill in the WC... Other than that we had a lovely stay and the receptionists were very helpfull

One Maid and the bell boy were helpful.Overall condition was not good, breakfast was bad.“The hotel has an excellent location but that is about all. The staff are smug and haughty people who think the guest is mostly a nuisance. The coffee is cold...

This was a major disappoinment for us. Even though the rooms were clean and the location was perfect for visiting the major sites. We felt that it was overpriced and the staff weren't as friendly as other places we stayed in Italy. I think the biggest disappointment of all however was that the breakfast was barely edible, cold "boiled" eggs and a scant selection of ham. In a country renowned for it's delicious coffee, the coffee here was undrinkable.
