The hotel bar was poor as far the selection and size were concerned. The location was very convenient as the underground was just around the corner.

The staff at this hotel are the rudest people I have ever encountered at a professional establishment anywhere I have EVER traveled in the world. If I had the money, I would fly all the way back to Italy just to throw a brick through their window and punch the hotel manager in the nose. I cannot believe Best Western would associate with the people who run this hotel. I was so upset by my one night there I will never stay at a Best Western anywhere ever again. Luckily, we found a local smaller hotel that was just wonderful. They made our stay in Italy truly memorable. For more accurate reviews of this hotel go to Tripadvisor and filter the results from worst to best. Mine, along with others, will give you a better picture of what this place really is. They are expensive and will do nothing for you!

I just left the Best Western Mondial Hotel after staying 3 nights there. The staff is great, from the reception desk to the bartender. Diego was a desk clerk and answered all of our questions in perfect english. He was extremely friendly and seemed always to be behind the desk. Lugio the barman was good company at the bar and explained Italian TV programs to us.

+ Well, the localization ot the hotel is great, one block from the subway station ans three from the central Termini Station, what is really great. The hotel room was a little old and needs a restoration, but it has a good space, was clean and had a good

Great value in a great location Get a day ticket for one of the "hop on, hop off" tour buses which leave from outside Termini Station, stops are at all the key sights, plan your trip with care though, if you miss your stop its either a walk back to where you want to be or the round trip again!

The staff of recepton was very helpful and funny. Good breakfast but maybe the staff of breakfast "room" could think what they should do better. I recommended this hotel to my friends.

The last Best Western we stayed in in Majorca was diffinetely better but on reflection with the position of the hotel in Rome you would not need an evening Resturant in the hotel as it probably would be seldom used

We had a good time in Italy, and mainly stayed at Mondial. The breakfast was very good, the front desk staff very curtious. It was close to the subway, restaurants, walkable didtance to train station and the main attactions were either a stop away by subway or walkable distance. They even offer to keep the luggage for you if your room is not ready or if you are going to be away (but return to the hotel) after couple of days ( we checked out for couple of days to visit another city).

Simple honeymoon hotel Go down the little streets off the main streets to find smaller restaurants to eat in. We found a brilliant one called Ricci (Est! Est! Est!) on Via Genonva, just off Via National, 5 mins from the hotel and resonable prices
