B&B Hotel

+ The location was fantastic! we couldn't have asked for better. the staff spoke great english and were very friendly. the breakfast was basic but good and the room was a fair size ans kept very clean. the only two complaints we had were the bathroom was extremely small which let the room down and the walls were very thin so we were kept awake with our neighbours snoring for the three nights... apart from that we enjoyed our stay at the b&b

+ Close to termini and other attractions - It's not really a 'boutique' hotel. very small rooms and a little grubby!

+ Very nice stay in a wonderful location

+ Rooms very clean and housekeeping service lst class. nice touch being able to have coffee, tea etc on 'tap' until very late at night. - Rooms are very basic in their shelf space etc and really would benefit greatly by having drawers in situ. also of great benefit would be clothes hooks on doors if possible and also some shelf space and hooks in bathrooms. we had to keep most of our smaller items of clothing in our suitcases for the whole of our stay because of lack of storage space. breakfast would also be more palatable if soft bread were available, otherwise we were more than happy with the breakfast buffet.

+ Very friendly staff and fantastic location, somehow got a room upgrade so it was a good size. booking the same place for our return visit next year! - Breakfast is very poor, after the first day we went elsewhere but a minor negative considering the location and staff.

+ Only used to room to get ready and sleep as we were out so much but feel the breakfast could have had things like cereal and a toaster to toast your bread.

+ Excellent location. great staff.room cleaned every day.fresh towels every day. - Could improve on breakfast----cups instead of plastic glasses and some plain bread or toast.

+ Great location, friendly staff and a great price for central rome. - Our room was tiny, really tiny, and very basic. but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

+ The staff were all just so nice and helpful. even the cleaners were always cheery. the room was lovely and the hotel was in the perfect location - very central but in a quiet spot.

+ English speaking staff, very polite and willing to help ! metro station right on the next corner, very suitable to move around in rome. - Generally, small rooms -but that' ok if you spend most of your time in sightseeing- and a lot of noise in the bathroom (from the air ventilation system) even during the night. it seems that staff forgot to turn it off in night time.
