Great hotel once you've found it There wasnt much in the way of nightlife near the hotel, so we stayed in the centre of Rome for both drinks and meals, then got the bus back to the hotel afterwards.

Top and absolutely top for that price in Rome. Free internet. Little too far from the railway station.

Kindness of the receptionist; - bath room to small, isn't corresponding to the international hotel standards; - breakfast very small and no choice - traffic noise at the room - it was not able to open the windows; - distance to the terminal is not right a the description; min 20 minutes;

Me and my Wife went to Rome on DEC'07,We reached the hotel at 2AM in the morning due to flight delay and we were treated well and our room was ready. We stayed there for a week , the breakfast is continental style with not much of choices but ok. The hotel is situated at a distance of 20 min travel from the Termini.You get direct buses near the hotel(bus no 90) or take busno 60 to travel to Piazza venezia.

We loved the ARS. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the location, but it woudn't be for everybody. It is far from the city center and it is necessary to take a bus or a cab. We took the bus in the morning and a cab back to the hotel at night. The hotel has modern amenities like in room high speed internet access, as well as a workstation in the lounge. The breakfast room is modern, the whole hotel has a hip feel. One note, the hotel is built into a hill and is very vertical, so if you don't like steps, this wouldn't be the place for you. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Ars is a great small hotel, with very modern sparse decor. It's in a part of Rome with a lot of character. Alas it is a little out of the way, being 4 or 5km out of the centre, but there are good transport links and enough good local restaurants. Recommended.

HOtel Ars was wonderful. It was in a quiet area, which was welcome after the noise and busyness of Rome. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. There is a wonderful seafood restaurant down the street. I have already recommended this hotel to sever
