Looking for cozy? Look elsewhere... This hotel is cool and artistic, but the decor is so minimalist that is was not cozy, inviting, or friendly. Room was missing shower door, window to outside street was so dirty you couldn’t see out. Staff very unfriendly and not helpful, with the exception of the bartender...No iron, no stamps, no wifi from the room, breakfast was fair at best and coffee was served from a latte machine like they have at 7-11.

+ Modern rooms, good sized rooms - Far from main attractions, not close to a metro station, no room service (food/drinks) poor sound proofing between rooms, noisey hallways due to marble floors.

unfinished This hotel just opened sometime in 2007. I was there in Oct. It seemed like the staff was just hired and are in the process of being trained. They were very unprepared and rude. The rooms looked great and were very clean. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all.

- I asked for an iron & ironing board to use as my partner had flown in from the uk & his clothes were creased. i was told they did not have them as they had a laundry facility. firstly my partners clothes were clean & secondly we checked in late friday afternoon & the laundry facility was closed. a ironing facility would be great or if not at least advertise to future customers online the lack of this service.

+ The staff were courteous and very helpful. the location of the hotel was ideal for us - quiet and residential neighbourhood not too far to get into rome centre and this enabled us to enjoy the buzz of the city and retire to the calm of the hotel. - No
