Aquarium Hotel

+ The aquarium is an excellent hotels, clean and with good facilities. for a centrally located hotel, it cannot be beat

- Bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke and the heater did not work.

+ The staff was extremely kind and helpful. our first 2 nights the room was not so nice, very small, needed updating and the a/c did not work well. they immediately upgraded us to a beautiful room which had obviously been recently updated and it was very spacious. our stay was very pleasant. - The entrance of the hotel is on the second floor and the main entrance is and it's elevator is a little deceiving and feels a little "gungy". but once you reach the entrance of the hotel itself, it is all good.

The room we booked was small and didnt look comfortable, so we got upgraded and the room was comfortable, clean and fresh towels every morning. I would stay here again, as the location is perfect and the staff are very friendly.

+ The staff were very friendly and offered help with regards to attractions etc... the breakfast was a typical continental breakfast.....croissants cereal etc...nice enough. the hotel was literally 2 mins from the termini railway st. handy if you're travelling by train. - The photographs shown on the website were nothing at all like the hotel itself. its in a large shabby building and though the reception area is alright the rooms looked like someone had died in them. they were tiny and dark, the wall paper was ripped quite a bit from the walls all around the room, and although we booked a double room, we were given a tiny room...clearly for single use. when we asked to change we were given an equally dissapointing room, though slightly bigger. i have stayed in better kept hostels. the water in the showers was strange-...there appeared to be only enough hot water for one shower in the morning...my friend had a lovely hot shower but by the time i got in there in was cold.

+ It is a nice hotel, very well situated. It is clean, but rather worn down at least that was the case in our bathroom - We got what we paid for.

+ Excellent staff and breakfast.good value.very clean - Very dark room but very minor negative point

this hotel is really good ,staff is kind, rooms are clean. ?t ?s in the city center near the station its worth to stay

- View from hotel room was looking on to a block of flats with rats in the yard.

+ Friendly atmosphere and helpfulness - The room was clean but there was a faint odour of urine in the bathroom.
