Should not have to use filthy sleeping bags as blankets. Mesinine bedroom would not qualify for a bedroom anywhere in the world except Rome. : Dear Mr Burnley, I am astonished about your comment because I think it is not truthful and disrespectful to the people who work for the company. I dont know how you are used, but I wonder you didn't see the bed on the mezanine was already prepared with bedclothes and there were clean and ironed bedclothes on the davenport that you didn't use, preferring to take the winter comforters in the cupboard, sleeping above them although in Rome there were 30 degrees. In the end, courtesy and kindness are appreciated in Rome and everywhere, so I would have much appreciated you to contact me by mail some days before your late arrival at night. I would have much appreciated if you didn't oppose strong resistance to my instance about the night check-in fee, same for all guests. I suggest to you to pay much more attention in buying services; it would be enough to read carefully terms and conditions for avoiding some unpleasant situations. Best regards
