Restaurants: a wide choice of typical restaurants is available nearby the hotel: Fax, photocopy, printing: a few services such as faxes, the printing of coloured photocopies and texts are charged; Luggage deposit: a room for luggage is available completely free of charge; Safe: a little safe is available free of charge by the reception desk; Booking: theatres, concerts, operas, football games, trains and the most important happenings in Rome can be booked directly from the hotel; Bikes, motor-bikes, cars: you can choose your own way to drive around the city by the reception desk.

+ Very central. - The hotel can hardly be called a hotel as it does not contain any of the normal services such as bar, breakfast and the heating was a disaster. my wife could not even sleep comfortably. we complained about this but was not repaired.

+ We enjoyed the hotel and it's location. the staff were very helpful. - Yes our room had a very unpleasant odor from the bidet. we were advised to turn the bathroom fan and run water in the bidet for 1/2 hour or so. the following day we changed rooms this was good service.

+ The location was fantastic. - The shower leaked onto the floor, but it was cleaned up by staff each day...still a bit anoying though

+ This was our first holiday abroad,staff were very helpful with all questions and requests we had. the cleanliness of the room was excellent and we think this is a very important factor when you travel away - None

+ The position was excellent and the staff very helpful. - The room was spotlessly clean. however, there was a cupboard door hanging off and it actually came off in my hand when i opened it. the shower door was hanging off at the bottom and made it difficult to close. i didn't mention anything because we were there such a short time and as it was so clean i was not concerned. however, i regretted not mentioning it because they may have thought we caused the damage.

+ Nothing. - When i reached the hotel on 14th may, i was told that my booking was not received by the hotel. it caused me alot of inconvenience. at last the hotel staff manage to get me a room.

+ Location was good, accessible within walking distance to the vatican, spanish steps and piazza navona. - A safe in the room would be useful, also breakfast would be appreciated.
