easy walking distance to almost everything, clean and quiet. somewhat hard to find, tough stairs to start, but worth it. breakfast is limited, grocery store was block away. metro was easy stroll, we had lots of fun.

+ Kind staff and excellent location. - The elevator was locked when we arrived, so we had to drag our luggage three floors upstairs.

Very good location. Poor breakfast. Friendly staff. NO internet connection available as promised. NO TV in the room as promised. Although the room was very good, with a excelent bathroom/toilet and a very good service. Lift is just horrible. Quite pricey, especially if you expect some stuff and it's just inexistent

The facilities listed on the internet and the promised wine and fruitbasket does not excist. The so called reseption is on the third floor, so when you come back to the hotel in the evening, do not be surprised if the gate on streetlevel or the door to the hotel is locked, and you might have to wait for an hour for someone to open it

No internet in the rooms. No TV in the rooms. No restaurant in the 'hotel' (half of floor in a big building), but the rooms are clean and new. I would not recommend anyone to stay. Also, for whose who are not closely familiar with Rome (as I was): do not stay near Termini. Hotels in the area are overpriced and usually bad, as well as restaurants. Try other areas instead.
