Nice hotel , nice quiet location, non existant service, they almost go out of their way not to serve. 4stars not, 3 stars probably. We travel all over the world and usually stay at boutique hotels, this hotel lacks quality personell, and alot of ammenities associated with upper tier hotels.

Good location We had the wheelchair room and it was not good with having young children as the toilet was super high and we did not have a bathtub which was tough. Saying they had a "pool" was a stretch to say the least. The pool was in the spa but so nice to go into after a hot day touring around Rome.

The hotel classes itself as a 5 star hotel. It is not a 5 star hotel by any streth of the imagination. I would class it as a 4 star. The rooms are small; our bathroom was showing signs of wear and tear eg mould round the tiles; the bathroom facilities were not 5 star. The pool was really just a glorified jacuzzi and the gym was very basic. Having said that it was ideally located and our three teenage children liked it because there were PS3's in the common area that they could play on!!

More 3 star than 5 star, average over priced hotel Skip the tour buses- they are always late and not very frequent, try and walk to most places- the maps can be deceptive, and we found lots of amazing things by accident. If not use the Metro it is much cheaper. Make sure you have long trousers and cover up for the Vatican.

Excellent hotel - would recommend! This hotel was located in a nice area (near Via Vittoria Veneto), with shopping, restaurants and the subway near by. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel design was elegant and beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was closed for remodeling but they accomodated breakfast for the guests during this time and nothing looked in disarray. We would stay here again in the future and would recommend it. Short cab ride from Termini station was helpful for us as we traveled via train from Florence.

The hotel is beautiful. The design is very impressive. Strikingly bold colors and unique pieces of art fill this hotel. This hotel is definitely luxurious. They have a nice library with enough books and magazines to entertain for hours. They also have a good internet connection in the hotel. It is a bit pricey ($500/night), but it is worth it.

+ A very modern & quiet hotel, out of the main city, but easily accessible to bus & metro. Staff were friendly and helpful - The hotel was very expensive for drinks & food, and this clearly obvious with hardly anyone in the bar or restaurant.

Definitely will stay here again! Make sure you request a room that is not facing the busy street as buses fly down the road at night. Pick up a copy of the "Top 10" book for Rome. It was extremely helpful. There is s restaurant in the book called "Edy" just north of the Spanish Steps that was phenomenal and populated by mostly locals. The prices were very good as well.

Good Business Hotel-Though Breakfast &TV channels could be better! The hotel is good for business. Really enjoyed the Sauna, Spa. The breakfast is horrible - go onto via Veneto to get a much better breakfast for euro 10. Room was big, comfortable and clean. Internet connection very expensive too.
