Simple but comfortable rooms with shared bathrooms (It is a good idea to bring thongs as it is the kind of bathroom that lets the shower run every where, my favourite.). No breakfast served, but as there are many coffee shops(check out tazza d'oro) ...

What a great location. You can't beat it. To look out your room and see the Pantheon and the square, it is almost not real. Great cafes and people watching right outside your hotel.

Am I dreaming?? I opened my window to my hotel, Albergo del Senato and there it was...the Pantheon!! I had to pinch myself. The service was great, location perfect, nice buffet breakfast, clean and my perfect view!

The Abruzzi is in an excellent location, but does suffer a little because of that. Our rooms overlooked the Pantheon (which is great) but the Piazza della Rotonda has a lot of bars and cafes so it is very noisy at night and into the morning. Also the lift on starts at the 1st floor which would be a struggle if you had a lot of luggage or small children. Having said that I would certainly go back there again as the staff were helpful and the location is great and that's all I want from a hotel.

Very noisy, broken toilet seat, breakfast was a joke! Would not recommend it.

their is no left between reception and first floor and a reluctance to help with suitcases- for disabled people it would be impossible.Work was ongoing in the hotel and for 2 days we had no hot water- and were fobbed off with excuses- with manager avoiding us and making only a small offer of reduction. It was expensive for the level of quality- I would not rate it as 3 star- however in an excellent location.

In general me and my wife we think very positively about the Abruzzi Hotel, its location, and services. The TV system was very poor. I don´t understand why Abruzzi insisted to keep the Invoice Original Document, because it is normal that the Original is to customer / cliente.

The location is really great in walking distance from everywhere. Rooms are quite small but are very adequate. I recommend that if you are coming from de vinci airport get the train to trastvere rather then central station and get the no 8 tram which will leave you in walking distance of the hotel.
