+ Very clean and nice rooms. very central location and excellent air con. - The b & b is over three floors with swipe key access to each floor and room. came back from sightseeing our second day and not only was the door to the floor wide open but also our room. anyone could have walked in. i called the manager and he said there was work being carried out under supervision. our room could have been robbed. the manager was quite arrogant.

+ Clean, loved the location and that after a hard day of traveling we could use the kitchen - Would be good to have staff on hand from 7am to 9pm

+ The hotel staff were very helpful. the rooms are immaculate. - It states that there is a continental breakfast, we were there for 3 days and there were only tea and coffee making facilities available - we did not get provided with any breakfast. check out is by 10.30 am, when you have a late evening flight there was nowhere to have a shower, although they do have a room with a wash basin after a day of sighteeing in really warm temperatures it would be a good idea to have a shower roofor guests to use.

+ The hotel is in a great location and easy to walk to everywhere. we even walked back from the vatican which we were told was quite a trek. the room was lovely and modern with good airconditioning and a huge tv with english channels. the staff were friendly and polite. - We had real trouble finding the hotel from just outside. the hotel is just an apartment within a huge building. on the last day we wanted to leave our bags at the hotel but couldn't find anyone to check out with and had to phone one of the emergency numbers to get someone to come out and help us.

+ Rooms were clean and modern. - Need to provide directions to the hotel from train station when the confirmation is sent. the sign is very, very small on the door and no one in the general area knew of the hotel. we had a very difficult time finding it late at night.

+ Very comfortable, good accommodations. i especially liked the fact that it had a safe box with a programmable code for my valuables, as well as a good a/c system which kept the room quite cool during a hot july day. the bathroom was in mint condition with a very nice shower. it had a 40" tv and you could watch it comfortably while lying down. - The only thing i could think of was the fact that it was not easy to find. i had to locate it by address rather than seeing it by any sign which would have marked it. i passed by it twice expecting to see more of a hotel front.

+ I loved the location of the bed and breakfast. the spanish gentleman who worked there was friendly and helpful. the room was large and very nice with a great bathroom. i had stayed in rome a few weeks previously to this visit and paid much more for an inferior hotel room. i would definately re-visit viminale street.
