Excellently placed to see all the attractions of rome. claudia & cornelio could not have been better hosts. rooms were of a very high standard and were cleaned daily. lovely bathrooms with all the finishing touches. if you go on the website of accomodation delia b&b and follow their directions to the hotel you should not have any trouble finding it. i would thoroughly recommend it!

Though it is just B&B, everything is like 3 stars hotel. Rooms are big and convenient so are bathrooms. Everything is clean and new and the water presuure is excellent.All family who run this place are very nice and willing to help (tours, shops, transportation etc). The restaurant next to the B&B (La Familga) is excellent while having reasonable prices.

+ The room was clean,and in a good place of the city to travel. - The breakfasts was "poor" and not very good

+ Great location, spotlessly clean accommodation and very friendly and helpful staff. thoughtful extra touches made it stand out from other places we have stayed at. - Tea and coffee making facilities in room would be handy, other than that no complaints.

+ -large, clean bedroom and bathroom -good continental breakfast every morning -good location very near to termini train station, fairly easy walk to the main districts of rome. -good security measures - there is a locked door to the courtyard, a locked door to the apartment block, plus a locked door to the rooms belonging to delia accommodation, then of course individual room locks as well.

Clean room with friendly service. Definately worth staying here. Staff go out of their way to help.

+ Perfect location very easy to access city, delia and family are very professional and accomodating. the rooms have been very recently refurbished and are quaint and beutifully decorated. - The first impression of the buliding the hotel rooms are isn't great and it's not the easiest to find. also the breakfast is very basic so needing to eat elsewhere soon after leaving the hotel

Really good value for money. Quite big room and bathroom, really clean, and well located (less than 5 minutes walk from Termini station) in a quiet area (no traffic noise at night!). Nice and helpful staff (some of them do not speak English though). The only bad points is that the breakfast is not too much and that it is a bit difficult to find the hotel de first day, so bring a map!

+ The owners of the b&b went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. the b&b is newly opened (about 1 year old) therefore the decor is spotless. the service we received was faultless. the position of the b&b was just around the corner from termini so central for everything. there is a couple of restaurants in the same road as the b&b - very useful after a day walking around rome and no engery left to go further. we would definitely book this b&b again when we next go to rome. the accommodation was comfortable. the room was a fairly decent size for rome. the room had flat screen tv, satelite tv, and the owners offered us use of their internet if needed. breakfast served in the room -continental but adequate to start the day. if you are looking for luxury and opulence this is not it but if you want a well located, clean, comfortable room delia is a great choice. - Can not think of anything negative about our stay. apart from too short a time (we only stayed for 5 nights) and the weather was bad. neither were in the control of the b&b.

+ The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was very clean and spacious for a big city hotel. - Considering the price we have no negative comments
