+ Rooms were nice and modern and staff very helpful and informative. location is within walking distance to all major sights and has a bus stop across the road.

+ Rooms were very good, the staff very helpfull regarding transfers etc..would stay there again. we stayed two nights. - Hard to find, had we not been taken there by transfer taxi arranged by hotel, we would have had trouble finding it, as no indication on street, that a hotel existed there.

+ The hotel was small and nicely presented. it had a boutique feel about it. the room was nice and clean with nice soft furnishings and furniture. - It was very very noisey and echoed every noise. the bathroom shower was so small i couldn't turn around in it. the bar was not really a bar at all.

+ Good staff support, very helpful concerning places to see and orientation around city.

- Our room was very small, but we were not in the room very much. after a long day the lack of hot water for a shower was very upsetting.

+ Does not look like a hotel from the outside, however, it is beautifully clean, fresh and modern inside. it is a walkable to the trevi fountain and pantheon, but metro via republicca to everywhere else (very easy). would definitely, without hesitation, reccommend this hotel. excellent value for money. - Does not look like hotel from outside.

+ The staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was perfect for our requirements and very clean indeed. - Hotel a bit difficult to find as there was aonly a very small sign outside. the first impression at ground floor is a bit bleak but we realise this is not the fault of the hotel as the building is multi-use

+ It was a last minute booking, but as a female traveling alone it was a great option. amazing staff, friendly and helpful. excellent security, new amenities, made my stay in rome very pleasant. i would recommend this hotel when traveling to rome. walking distance from the train station and the piazza della repubblica.

+ Very friendly and helpful staff. decent location near to rebublica metro. 10 min walk to termini station. rooms very neat and modern. reasonable size room but not huge. - Some noise from front street in the morning due to passing busses.
