+ This b&b was in a great location not far from termini central and tour of rome service round the corner, and with the metro at the termini it was great for getting around, staff were very helpful and pleasant. - Noise from staff and other guests was very noticeable from room in the morning but was a good wake up call and it was a bit pricey for what it was.

+ Manin street b&b is a 20min walk from most attractions. the underground is less than 5mins away. there are some good places to eat nearby. the member of staff we dealt with was very helpful and informative.

+ We were most impressed with everything about the b & b, the service, room decor, cleanliness and helpful & pleasant staff. - Once the renovations around the location are finished it will be more conducive to a visitors environment. i t was difficult to find with a small name plate at the side of the door.

+ Francesco the manager was so helpful and friendly, the positioning was good - area ok and within easy walk to colosseum and other attractions - A bit difficult to find, as no big sign outside - but that is the only thing

+ The hotel is very close to termini and a great location. it has an intriguing entrance - a big, big door that opens when you buzz up. room was functional and staff came to clean the room everyday. good air conditioning. very nice and helpful staff, but they are not there all the time so be sure to coordinate your arrival time and any special needs. - Not really negative, but the elevator is very small. we usually ended up walking the three flights to our room.

+ The staff at the hotel were very nice and made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. the room was cleaned daily and was alway kept in a good condition and the hotel itself felt very secure as an electronic key system is used throughout the premises. - The reception was only manned between the hours of 10am and 2pm, this was akward if you wanted to contact the staff outside of these times as they had to be contacted by phone, which didn't always work.

+ Very helpful guy on reception when we first arrived, gave us a map, suggested things to do for the rest of our first day, couldn't do enough for us. also advised about the subway/buses and gace us change for machines. although there isn't 24hr reception, speed-dial to staff on room phone. phone allows incoming calls for people to contact you. room cleaned every day, air-con a blessing, free safe in wardrobe, jacuzzi shower was excellent, comfy bed. definitely plan to return. excellent location - 5 mins walk to termini, 15 mins to colosseum. would recommend the il condor restaurant across the road - excellent fixed menu and good inexpensive house red. would most definitely reccomend this hotel and we plan to stay here again. - Building works were ongoing at the back, outside our window, but this only disturbed us when we returned to the hotel, also a] this isn't the fault of the hotel and b] i couldn't work out the shutters, which would have helped. the double-glazing didn't seem 100% effective. none of these would put me off staying here again, or recommending it to others.
