This property is situated in Rome's city centre and offers quiet and exclusive rooms on an upper floor (4th and 2th floor with a big elevator ). Every room of the "66 Imperial Inn DeLuxe", with double or twin beds, is finely furnished with every comfort and equipped with a private bathroom with comfortable Jacuzzi® Hydromassage Cabin-Shower and has luxurious toilet amenities (shampoo, soap, etc..), a hairdryer, emergency alarms, a bathroom in Mosaic and Italian Carrara Marble fittings (all made in Italy), LCD satellite/cable TV, satellite radio, work desk, digital safety-deposit-box, free mini-bar (fridge), air-conditioning with individual thermostatic controller for cold air and humidity, cetralized heating, an electric fan/ventilator, free WiFi Internet connection in all rooms, iron/ironing facilities, wake up service/alarm clock, daily cleaning service, every 3 days a change of the linen of the bedroom and bathroom. (With an additional cost it is possible to request a daily linen change). The property offers free WiFi Internet connection in the social area at the 4th floor and a fridge in the breakfast/social area with free water, fruit juice, yogurt, butter, milk and others. Prices are including breakfast, Free-bar and taxes. Guests of this B&B get discount with touristic agencies (20-40%), tipical italian restaurants(10%) and scooter/car rentals(25%). Thanks to its strategic location, the Inn is the ideal base for both business and leisure guests. As well as being in close proximity to Termini station and the bus terminals, the hotel is just a few meters from the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and Piazza di Spagna. Spend your evenings relaxing and unwinding in the fully-equipped rooms of this charming B&B, which has been recommended by the Michelin guide. Check-in maximum 9:00 p.m. After this time there is an extra cost of EUR 15,00 to pay in cash at your arrival for this extra service. The B&B doesn't accept check-in after 10:00 pm. Please note: - For long-stay reservatios, the 66 Imperial Inn requires a non-refundable deposit. The amount of the deposit corrisponds to the cost of 1 night stay for every 3 night booked.- For payments and guarantee we only accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. - If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. - If cancelled up to 9 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. - If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

+ Rooms very clean, a good base to take in all the main sites. surrounded by decent restaurants with good value food and wine. staff friendly but do not speak much english so be wise to learn a few phrases. would recommend staying here. - The hotel is currently under going works on other floors which we were not informed about. we got stuck in the very old rickety lift - be carful. breakfast ok but could do with a little more choice.

+ Its central location was excellent - Facilities were basic, the hotel seems to focus on its hydro showers,which are poor and you very quickly use the power shower instead. we would rather have had tea & coffee faclities in our room. also the breakfast is very basic.

+ Small,quiet and unnassuming accommadation. clean and comfortable, well positioned and a good price. part-time reception cover - good. staff pleasant and helpful. coffee machine most welcome! - No - although perhaps some fresh bread(roll) for breakfast would be welcome

+ The room was a good size and had excellent ameneties. the staff could not have looked after us any better, they were friendly and very very helpful. i would most certainly stay there again when i return to rome. - The only negative point was that there was some work being done in the building, painting etc. this caused a few problems but nothing drastic. it certainly did not spoil our stay.

+ Hotel is in centre, near to tremini station walking distance to all the sites, hotel was very clean, free water, tea coffee. small hotel, perfect and well airconditioned for mid summer (very important!) you need to let them know when you are arriving as they dont man the reception after lunch but we were about 1hour late arriving and they were there waiting for us. - Na

+ At first i was worried when i realised it was on the 4th floor however when we got out of the lift the receptionist greeted us. she was helpful and plesant. the b+b was small but realy delightful. the rooms were big and comfortable. air conditined and clean. the location was central which was great. the decor was wonderful and the coffee machine was available at all times. - No.
