Very close to Metro station Ottaviano. Ideal location for visiting all of Rome. You can get on a tour bus from near Vatican, the stop around 15minutes walk from hotel. The hotel is the first floor of an apartment block so it is 'room only' but breakfast is served at a lovely little patisserie across the road. For breakfast, you get a coffee and croissant/pastry, perfect for starting the day. Hotel staff were very helpful and arranged trip to Tivoli with pick up from outside hotel. Please be aware that there is no staff on site from 8.30pm to 8.00am (this was not an issue for us.)

+ Staff was very, very nice and friendly. room was also quiet - if you need a good night's sleep, this place is perfect. room blocks out all noise and can even block out all the light through the window.

Well located on the border of Vatican, close to a tube station, in a slightly busy and noisy street. The premium double room includes a balcony which is a positive. Breakfast is a capuccino and a croissant in a cafe nearby, which is ok in Rome in June. Cold running water in the morning is the only obvious negative.

+ Het was echt een heel leuk hotel, locatie is perfect. het personeel sprak goed engels. ook de kamers waren goed verzorgd, we hadden zelfs nog een balkonnetje erbij. het ontbijt is aan de overkant met de lekkerste cappacino.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was very good and was an excellent location for the vaticam. Plenty of nice restaurants in the surrounding area.

Was a nice hotel, brand new almost. In a old building close to the Vatican... a little far away from downtown, but on the weekends thats ok, but during the week, the subway closes at 9pm. If you are looking to enjoy the nitelife, this may not be perfect but worth the money still. If you want to see the vatican and the sites of rome this is a good hotel to try.

+ The hotel is in a great location and the staff is very nice, helpful and everyone speaks english. - Transfer to the airport was 10 euro more than they first told me; although taxis say its a flat rate fee!!!! (i got the tourist fee) - rooms are way too small.
