+Very nice hotel, decoration is excellent. -No restaurant, which is disappointing for a 4 star hotel and the breakfast, was very meager. But it’s the location which is its big let down, the noise from the railway is also a problem.

+The owners had clearly spent alot of time and effort to make the hotel look appealing and welcoming which was greatly appreciated. The location was very good though when we arrived we did npt realise that we were staying in a separate place to Pescara. In any event, we had a wonderful time and the owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. -Check out time was a little early. A spare/separate room where guests can take a shower and get changed would be a good idea - even at extra cost.

+Very good clean room with drinks facilities.Friendly helpful staff.Impressive breakfast. -Noise. We only stayed one night not five as booked. Trains in particular made it very noisy despite claims of soundproofing - extra layer needed at least to be effective.

-The hotel is very hard to find and the extreme noise of trains going by, they are almost at your bedside... The railway is directly (as in 10 meters) behind the hotel.
