This was an alright hotel. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast but the breakfast staff was very cordial. The front desk was a bit rude but livable. The rooms are typical European rooms, and the hotel has the typical very small elevators. It is an alright hotel, nothing special.

Very dated not really a 4 star hotel The bed was comfortable and the bathroom ok but the hotel was very dated and lifts were antique! Expensive for the quality. Location was ok, walking from station. They couldn,t provide a cot though as we hadn,t been able to state we were travelling with a baby, website gives no option for children under 4

I took my 77 year old mom for her first trip to Bari (my second trip), and she enjoyed the hotel. It's a great location (8 minutes walking) in proximity to the railroad station and to many buses. When we arrived, the staff gave us great assistance and directions: on our first day, arriving at 3pm local time, we even did a visit to the basilica of San Nicola as well as the local cathedral. Breakfasts were plentiful, and they even made me fresh decaf cappuccino each morning. There's even a restaurant right across the street from the hotel for those who don't want to venture too far.

Very nice hotel in the very centre of Bari. The room was nice and clean. The staff actually did know some English (which no one else in Bari seems to do). Bari is nice and the area is beautiful.

Way over-graded - barely adequate 3-star. Tiny room, rock-hard bed, aircon produced plenty of noise but no cooling effect (likewise room fridge/minibar). Indifferent breakfast buffet. Nondescript room decor, but currently undergoing major refurbishment. Bag portering to room provides good pantomime entertainment though, since there isn't room for two guests and a porter in the tiny lift at the same time. And from the loud barking echoing round the corridors half the night, we assume they allow pets.

Needs extensive restoration, '80s look not well kept. Good location though near the train station and to the shopping district. Could be cheaper considering what offers.

Tho only in Bari for one night, the hotel was ideal for our stay. The rooms appear to have been furnished from the 70's but were clean and bright. Hotel staff was very willing to assist in helping to contact relatives that were waiting to hear of our arrival and helped break through the language barrier. They were pleasant, friendly, informative and their restaurant suggestions were outstanding. Would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Bari.

In need of some updating The hotel location and overall service is very good but the rooms are in need of some renovation as decor and fittings seems to be in need of an update. Overall I have experienced better value for money in other hotels in Bari.
