At reservation time I had asked room with breakfast included but I didn't get it as I was charged for the breakfasts. Yes, at confirmation of reservation, breakfast was not remarked as included, yet I had asked for it. Anyway, should I go back to Frankfurt, I'll definitely go back to the same hotel. Service was good and the rates too! Thanks to all the staff

Central location in Frankfurt at the Konstabler Wache end of the Zeil shopping street. Good price for the location and facilities. Good Japanese restaurant on the ground floor.

Great Hotel, Great Location The Frankfurt Westin Grand is located in the heart of the shopping district of Frankfurt. The pedestrian area called the Zeil is right around the corner, and a nice stroll along the Zeil leads one to Goethestrasse, Frankfurt's high-priced shopping area that offers designer labels such as Burberry, Versace, Armani, Prada, etc. It is a shoppper's paradise.

Amazing stay in Frankfurt! What a terrific find! I travel often to Europe and was looking for a great hotel close to Frankfurt shopping and dining and this was just that! A few minute walk down the street and I was in the middle of it all! Adding to that, the hotel is stunning! I would definately go back!

n/a The whole restaurant bar area was under construction during our stay. There was no hint about this insufficient situation in the internet nor did anyone tell us after reservation. It is inacceptable to offer this hotel during refurbishment time for standard rates. I wil not go back to this hotel!
