There were no bath towels in the room! Unfortunately I discovered this when I woke up at 5 AM and was in a hurry to leave for the airport. Clearly this is a major goof up at a five star hotel!

The Taverne restaurant had very selection, the servings were small, and the price was large.

Located at Frankfurt Airport I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 or 6 times because it is at the airport and the train station is also right there. It is expensive but I guess you are paying for the convenience of getting off of your flight and walking to your room or if you come into Terminal 2--it’s just a 2 minute free shuttle over to terminal 1. Rooms are standard, but clean. If you need anything, dial 9 and they will bring a bathrobe, slippers, xtra pillows, xtra toiletries--very accomodating. Room service is fast but obviously expensive. Trains are right outside the door. 4 or 5 restaurants to choose from if you have jet lag first night. Try to get a room on 6th floor or above so you can look down through a glass roof into train station and also view of all the planes---noiseproof. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks If you dont have train tickets--go to the actual ticket office about 500 ft from entrance to hotel and buy there--cheaper. If you want room service but dont want to spend alot--order the fruit salad from "dessert" menu. It’s HUGE, fresh, all chopped up--excellent. Ask for basket of bread and butter(they will give it to you for free and there is all kinds of bread)--a meal in itself and about 10Euro.If you don’t want fruit, get cheese and bread platter-it will really fill you up and very good

The front desk staff were exemplary. Justin checked me in on two occasions and could not have provided better service. The hotel is on the expensive side for the quality of the rooms and the hallways. The menu could bear expansion.
