I have spent several nights there now over several trips. My company has an office within walking distance. The location is convienent in that there is a subway line within a block of the hotel and the river is a manageable walk. The business amenities are good. (High speed internet seems problematic for Americans). There is an adequate restaurant but a lobby bar that attracts a fun crowd of professionals. The shops across the court yard provide a variety of food and services including a nice outdoor place to enjoy an afternoon bier.

The rooms are too small and they only have 1 queen size or 2 twin beds in a room. Not good for families with small children.“We stayed on two separate nights at this hotel. The rooms were small to set up a third twin bed so we were upgraded to the...

No problems at the Sheraton When buying an S-Bahn ticket at the airport, you need to enter the number of the station you are going to into the ticket machine. There is a list next to the machine showing the stations and numbers. However, the closest station (Niederrad) isn't on the list! This is because there is a general ticket (Einzelfahrt) for central Frankfurt destinations - but that doesn't seem to be listed in the instructions! A day ticket for the whole system (Tageskarte) was only 2 euros more than a single.

I stayed in this hotel recently as I was attending a conference which was being held there. The decor and facilities of the hotel are ok the rooms are clean and well maintained, but very small even for a business hotel. Even though there is a double bed I think the rooms would be uncomfortable for double occupancy. The bathrooms are also small, no bath, and the shower area was quite cramped.

Hard to find hotel that charges you for breakfast even if you don't eat it! Be sure to check out Zeil Street where there is a pedestrian walking shopping area. Very interesting. They also have food vendors on Saturdays with a wide variety of fare.

high quality hotel Although the hotel is some way from the centre of Frankfurt there are taxis available all day outside the hotel However the most exciting way to travel to travel around is by the efficient tram service the number 12 takes you into the centre and is 1 minute walk from the Sheraton.Take the lift up the main tower for fantastic views across the city. The city itself is very cosmopolitan and caters for all tastes.
