Fair relaxation For visitors to the Fair, a tram ride gets you there in 15 minutes. If the weather is kind take a walk over the river bridge to the next stop.

Good I stayed here due to proximity to family’s home. All was very satisfactory and I plan to stay again next month. Room size OK and bathroom very well-appointed. I stayed in a modest room and the price through Expedia was better than booking through AMEX, hotel directly.

chic I stayed here twice, once for a night and the second time for two nights. The service is just great -- they remembered who I was although there was a 3-week lapse from my first to second stay. Both times the room was great. As a traveler from L.A. I appreciated the blackout drapes especially, but also the fantastic bed with pristine linen sheets, top-notch shower fixtures, flat and sparkling complimentary bottled water nightly, and the tasty breakfast. I also got a massage in the spa and used the hotel pool -- just beautiful. I really liked that the whole place is maintained so that you feel it's brand new. The courtyard is lovely and attracts a stylish crowd.

Great location, very attractive building and room design; the room are very spacy. I was suprised by a very bad service in the hotel (portman didn't help me to carry the lugguage; then the staff lost my lugguage in the hotel - the staff is not attentive at all and very arrogan!!!). When I met a Manager, he did apology but didn't make any effort(any discount, any sales gesture...). My stay was absolutely catastrophic at the Villa Kennedy Rocco forte. In addition, I think they exaggerate with the Internet fee - you don't normally charge the internet access at the 5*hotel and the newspapers (I didn't order the French newspaper, but got it in the morning - and then I discovered they charged 3 for this newspaper, the reception staff should've inform me!)

An excellent experience This was my first stay at a Rocco Collection hotel and I was very impressed. I have already recommended to a colleague. If you are looking for an elegant boutique hotel with superb attention to detail then this would meet your expectations. Staff was very professional, polite, and pampering. Great overall attention to every detail. My only small disappointment, was the 2 twin beds put together vs. the King I requested. I had not realized this until after I unpacked. I am certain they would have corrected but I did not bother. The quality of linen sheets and plush pillows made up for that. I will certainly try to stay at the Rocco hotel in London's Mayfair district next.
