The toilet was spilling water, you could hear people walking or talking in the hallway, if you go out late at night you have to knock on the door until the person in charge wakes up and opens it for you, not good if you wanna go out and is freezing cold.

The owner is unfriendly and unhelpful to find a parking location. He will send you around in Frankfurt and doesn't care how you find your way back to the hotel. The room was okay - just that the wallpaper on the ceiling was hanging down - from a water damage!! NASTY!! Showering did wet the whole floor in the bathroom - slipping danger!! Then in the morning (we had to leave before 7 am) the door was locked and nobody to be found to open the door. I had to call the hotel to make somebody show up to unlock the door for us. Overall the stay in this hotel was a wasting of time, money and nerves!! NEVER AGAIN!!

The hotel is small and lovely renovated, situated on the pedestrian zone, surrounded by pubs and bars. The Frankfurt old town is across the river, 15 min by foot. The area is nice but noisy until morning because of the very intensive nightlife in the near

The problem is that there is no elevator in this hotel. The surrounding was very crowed but it is famous pub area, so its evaluation depends on each individual.

The rooms are very noisy. There is a club in the basement of the hotel that starts loud music at 10 pm which continues all night until 5 am. At 7 am constuction begins in the street outside. Also there were mice in the room.

A cute place right in the middle of the lovely Sachsenhausen area. The room did not have much character, but that did not bother me. The staff spoke no English but I had no problem because everything ran smoothly and I did not need to actually speak with them during my stay. The place is a bit far from the train stations, but I found it easy to get to using public transportation. It was close to all main attractions and, of course, drinking holes which was also nice.

    1. Hotel is located in all night party district of the Frankfurt. Bars (which were all arround the hotel) stay open all night, play loud music and of course drunk patrons were always loud, so it was simply IMPOSSIBLE to get ANY sleep. Do not expect to get some sleep in the mornings either, as trash trucks drive around. 2. Cleanliness: it smelt full of alcohol and cigarettes (we booked non smoking room). Shower curtain was disgusting with many dark muddy substance all over and towels were dark and rough textured that you'd have to guess they were white and soft once. 3. Staff: aside the unhelpful stone faced asian receptionist (who, by the way will flat out lie that party is only in the weekends.. blah blah blah) speaks some English, there were some russian whiny lady and an old guy. All were unprofessional, unfriendly and unhelpful. After 2 nights of sleeplessness (because of the nightly partying that surrounds the hotel) and no room cleaning, without even towel changing I requested fresh towels and the old russian dude gave me bed linen and motioned me to wrap my body with it! It was rated as 3 star hotel on Venere, however it wasn;t even a 1 star level. Simply, it was the worst hotel experience I ever had!!!
