clean environment. the design of the room is as described on the web. restaurant staff was excellent. staff are not too friendly and not so approachable--it is a bit intimidating when one first comes in because there is no one that greets you. i was left standing with a large suitcase and nobody looked at me. also nobody helped me with my luggage

Relatively new, most staff are engaged and try to serve the customer. This is no 5-Star-Hotel in my opinion. Shower changes heat constantly after it takes ages to find a setting where you neither burn or freeze, you also instantly setthe bathroom unter water. There is hardly sufficient space where to put your things and my booking requests (not at the elevator, non-smoking) were not really taken care of. Fitness area is new, but extremely small and not logically designed.

Nice interior design, quiet, good food. Friendly staff although upon arrival there was only 1 person at the reception so there was a line for check-in. Rooms are not very spacious and you need to take a taxi or car if you want to get to the centre

Nice Hotel The hotel was a pleasant surprise because the pcitures don’t do it justice. Traveler's tip on dining The hotel food is good. However, there are no restaurants near the hotel so be prepared to have to travel to eat.

Impresive! Very curtious and helpful staff. Immaculate lobby, gym area, and rooms. The hotel is just a short walk from the tram providing easy access to downtown and beyond. The angular lines and orange & purple color patterns, and lack of a moving shower door/pane gave the hotel a splendid modern, borderline futuristic feel. The breakfast was delicious and heated bathroom floors a plus. My only gripe was that for the "queen" beds they push two full beds together, maybe that’s just a European thing but I prefer the traditional queen. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Skip the overpriced taxi’s and walk 1 block and catch the tram
