Try somewhere else first... I stayed here in early January, 2008 and had a very poor quality stay. The low rates, close proximity to the Hauptbahnhof, and cordial front desk staff were fine, but the absence of soundproofing around the hotel room door made for a sleepless night. Normal hallway sounds (i,e, voices, moving luggage) were amplified in my 6th floor room, and I was awakened each time a guest/family departed. In my experience, this was at 4am, 5am, 5:30am, and 6am. As a result, I fail to see the "quality," and I recommend staying at another hotel, if available.

This is a clean, no-frills hotel, very conveniently situated about three minutes' walk from the Hauptbahnhof. Reception staff are friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast is reasonably good. Recommended!
