    The hotel was in a good location near the main train station, but our room reeked of smoke and it was beyond tiny. Plus, when we were getting ready for bed, one of the hotel employees (a man) randomly unlocked our door and came into our room acting like he didn't know we were staying there. Creepy!! No elevator.

    Requested a quiet room for a senior citizen. Got a third floor walk up no elevator, but what the heck, a little exercise is OK.

    the room where you go to take breakfast is too small. The rest is all ok

    The only issue I had was that there was no Air Conditioning, it was during a very hot spell in June when we stayed. Due to the heat we had to have the windows open and as it was during the World Cup there was always a lot of street noise. The location of the hotel is ideal if you are travelling around Germany as it's close to the main train station. The staff stayed in the background, but were friendly whenever approached.

    + Very close to central station.Very helpful staff - No elevator.I was given a room on the 4th floor.If you have a few luggages it might be a problem for you.The bath was a little bit small and the room was dusty.No bathroom amenities provided though it w
