Five stars...More like 6! Eat as much out as you can!! German cousine seems to be a little dated and lacking modern choice, ie, Rice's, Pasta's etc. Great cake shops in Frankfurt and a fab sandwich shop on the Kaiserstrasse, no 39!. Have a great time!

Very nice hotel after a long flight from the states. Very quite and comfortable! Loved the German food cusine restaurant on the hotel property. We enjoyed that very much! Very nice to have a free on airport shuttle service. We did not have to worry about finding a cab early in the morning. It was wonderful. Everyone spoke English also! Traveler's tip on dining order the goulash soup!

Most overpriced, overrated hotel I've seen I booked this hotel for a 1-day stayover while returning from a business trip in the middle east. I thought it would a nice treat. First disappointment was the location - a LOT farther from town then the description indicated. Nothing around but this hotel. The restaurants were ultra-expensive, with the exception of the outdoor beer garden. On a windy, rainy day, this makes for a tough choice - comfort or price. The room itself was small, and the wireless internet did not work properly, despite my 3 phone calls to the front desk. They still charged me the full, inflated price (3 times the rate I paid in Dubai). Funny place - internet is expensive, but they advertise their free adult movies prominently on the placard in the room. Makes you wonder who goes there & what for. Not a good choice for business travelers.

Beware this is not a 5*hotel Beware this is not a 5*hotel, I booked this hotel for 2 nights as a valentine/anniversary treat at the end of our German tour. When we arrived we were given a very nice room in the new section of the hotel, but unfortunately it had a twin bed so I asked if we could be moved so that we could have a King sized bed, as this was requested when we made our reservation, and we had been in twins for the past 5 days and they are not very romantic. We were then moved to a room in the old section of the hotel with a king but it also contained 30 year old décor and furnishings, heating and water problems, thread bare carpet, a light that was not plugged in, and a hotel radio out of the 60s, however say it was exceptionally clean. The room was of about a 2* standard on a good day, however barring the terrible room the rest of the hotel was as expected and of a good standard.

+ Very nice hotel, 2 km's from center, easy to reach. Nice big park/garden for my dogs, staff very friendly also for my 3 doggies (they did not charge extra for them) Free pay-tv (although 2nd day it did not work) Very good restaurants in different pricer

Excellent Hotel--but needs better internet service I had an excellent time at this hotel. It is located in a beautiful area 15 minutes from Frankfurt, and it is akin to being at a resort. The only thing I wished was that the hotel had a better office support--their internet service is not free, even when you use their business office on the first floor. I would say that was the only downside to this otherwise excellent hotel.

+ Everthing. Especially the staff. They were of the highest quality. Breakfast was fantastic. Wellness area was beautiful. Would recommend and return. - Nothing. Maybe WiFi should be free.
