Very good view on the skyline of frankfurt, the transparent elevators to the 22nd (reception) and the 26th floor (room) are a highlight. The posibility of parking in the hotelown underground garage is given, but it is too much complicated. You have to wait several minutes before the barrier and gates to drive in after several calls with the reception. In the night coming back, we have to wait in the Eurotheum tower lobby, because there was an technical failure and the elevators are for nearly 20 minutes out of order.

+ The hotel is great; comfortable and clean... - ...but reception staff is not friendly enough and no help for carrying the baggages. It is a nightmare when you checkout with your baggages.

When checking-in there was no mention of the sauna and gym facilities, which dissapointed me as I would have liked to use them during my stay.
