- the fact that it is in the red light district of frankfurt also right opposite are 3 strip club/brothels and that prostitutes ply thier trade right past the hotel and there is evidence of frequent drug use i.e discarded dirty needles on the pavement

The scene just outside the hotel was pathetic. There were drug-addicts and hooligans, and it appeared dangerous for us to move around.

+ The friendly staff and central location and the truly excellent breakfasts. - Converting a mediaeval Guild-Hall into class hotel accommodation does have its problems but that can be put down to "quaintness". We all liked it, really.
