+ friendly staff - no repair of tiny TV (no channels); strong smoke odour in bathroom, very simple furniture, no closed cupboard or drawers

+ location, breakfast buffet, cable tv was greatt - Rainy weather kept us inside and there aren't chairs in the rooms. Beds were not comfortable either

The hotel is in an excellent location, in a short walk to the major museums and shopping streets. Will come again!

+ Great location for christmas markets - complementary tea/coffee in room would be a nice touch, no vending machine for drinks etc.

+ good location - No air conditioning in 30 degree heat. No english channels on the TV. Hotel is extremely basic but the room rates are very low.

+ It was excellently situated for visiting the Christmas market - A kettle in the room would have been quite handy as there was no facility for this although possibly you could have brought a coffee/tea in.
