Refined Luxurz Elegant, comfortable, beautiful surroundings, breakfast is expensive, 21 euros, but worth it.

Very good food, both for dinner and breakfast. Friendly staff Good linen Rooms more like a standard 4 star room. No cd player, old tv with limited channels.No wine or gin in mini bar. No snacks in mini bar. Very expensive,not good value for money.

Not your typical business hotel this is a very charming hotel with excellent service. It is much more personal than a giant business hotel. some touches I liked: Ice bucket was full when I arrived and filled each day; no charge for internet access; plate of fruit in the room at arrival was refreshed each day; complimentary cocktails and snacks each evening. Location is near the Messe/Festhall. Great place to stay if you are attending an event there.

Wonderful Hotel - Incredible Food & Service The hotels breakfast is excellent. Its dining room is one of the best in Frankfurt for food and service.

Charming The hotel is very charming, no chain style sterility. the lobby is lovely. the rooms are a little small and I was surprised by the European bed low to the floor but it was still comfortable. The bathroom in my room was only a shower not a tub- had I been there more than one night that would have been disappointing. the staff were polite and helpful- I even borrowed a laptop for free for 1/2 hr when mine was inexplicably not working.

Beautiful hotel across the street from the Messe. Very professional staff. Nicely appointed rooms and many free amenities (internet, mini-bar, etc.). Restaurant is wonderful but not conducive to light dining. Nice lounge and small night club were enjoyable. Room rates during fairs at the Messe go up significantly. Breakfast is in addition to room rate.

Nice quality hotel. Hotel does not provide wash cloths for bathing. I found the audio speaker in the bathroom for the television to be disturbing as there was no way to shut it off. As I travel with my husband who enjoys television and I do not, I found the volume of the speaker in the bathroom to be quite disturbing while I was at leisure. When I phoned the reception desk, they were not able to help me to find a way to silence the speaker and still have the television on for my husband to enjoy his leisure time. Wonderful Hotel - Incredible Food & Service Lovely hotel near convention center. Easy access to underground. Room was very nice with excellent bath facilities and pleasant bedroom with seating area. Excellent service. A member of the Leading Hotels of the World chain and it belongs in this category. Traveler's tip on dining The hotels breakfast is excellent.
