Very clean--we had our own double bedroom en-suite with shower, along with a TV, fridge, desk, and wardrobe. Plenty of storage. I'm British, and there was no kettle, but the room was very tidy and well-maintained. We got the most fantastic breakfast ...

Free Internet,great brakefast with lots of choice juices,yoghurt,friuts,breads etc,staff helpfull to full details,clean rooms,free coffe in evening and big TV to watch and most important free mineral water

+ All hotel staffs are very friendly and efficient. The hotel is near from the central station, but doesn't located in the red light district, therefore I can recommend this hotel to solo women travelers like me. It's worth staying for this price.

I was happy with the room and price I paid. I will stay there again. There was some street noise (I had a room on the front of the hotel) but it wasn't bothersome to me. The desk personnel spoke acceptable English and were very helpful. There were a lot of tourists staying at the hotel. The WiFi worked in the room. Breakfast was free. WATCH OUT parking in the rental lot on the street behind the Europa. It cost me approx 2.5 euros per hour for overnight parking!

We stayed there overnight while waiting for our flight back to Manila. The price is very reasonable, the rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. And more importantly: FREE internet access! After the extraordinarily high prices they charge for internet access in the youth hostel we stayed in at Oberwesel, free wi-fi access is a heaven sent.

well...i think i am just the unlucky one with missing shampoo and towels but overall with the free internet and short distance to train station. this is a fine hotel!

the reception is good and the people are nice and ready to help. The room is a bit too small and too crowded with furnitures. Noise is another inevitible problem since it is facing the street.
