Price ration is reasonable. Heating - in particular concidering the low temperatures - was insufficient. The morning after we arrived (an left) we understood why - they were filling up the tanks and most likely they were close to running out of heating fuel and for that reason being able to only provide a minimum of heating.

+ train station, easily accessible by the tram, or walkable if you're - a heavy sleeper it won't bother you, but if you need peace and quiet

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was a tram trip away from main RR station. Good breakfast (included in room price). Room was adequate even if it was small. There was some street noise. Artwork on walls was a pleasant surprise.

I didn't confirm where hotel is in advance. Therefore, I needed to walk 2 km with my heavy luggage from frankfurt-Hbf. But, its location is convenient for S-bahn. Hotel's staff is smilly and friendly.
