Hotel am Schloss

+ price and quality was balanced - The location is not really great for travelers. It is located in a potentially dangerous place. The hotel itself is great for its cost and location, one must add!

- More information about its location in comparison to the rest of the city, main sites of sightseeing.

+ also the center is close by, we took a metro which is 5 minutes walking from the hotel and about 10 minutes to get into the cosy old city center. - lack of facilities- no tea/coffee in room, basic bedding (though comfortable) The hotel's at the edge of

+ spoke english very well. gave me good directions, tips for the town and full attentive service

+ you shouldnt expect a 5 star hotel, just a decent, sober and clean budget hotel. - nope. it was great. though there was no elevator, which isn't and wasn't a problem only Just for your information

+ i don't know if the breakfast is any good because we overslept ;) - Room was smoking room - otherwise nice room

+ The staff was very nice and the room was bigger than i thought it would be. it had a shower, fridge and TV, though no toilet but i guess that's what you can expect from a budget hotel. everything else seemed in order and tidy.

+ was in frankfurt to see a concert and needed to stay only one day. this hotel was very close to the venue and at a reasonable price.

- Horrible staff and accomodation. Far far away from Frankfurt downtown. Continuous misunderstandings. Attemps to charge more money than arranged. Non-qualified staff. Sometimes very small rooms and not very cozzy in all cases.
