Hilton Frankfurt

Great! The Hilton in Frankfurt was fantastic - we stayed on the executive floor where the views are good and the rooms spacious and very comfortable. the lounge on 11th floor was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. We loved the christmas market - but check when it finishes. Our last day was a sunday and the market finished on the saturday. very few things are open on sunday - no shops and few cafes and few museums and galleries, so a good day to take a long walk in the peace and quiet after too much gluhwein the night before!.

+ Excellent Location in Frankfurt which is near Hauptwache. I could go shopping and take things back to hotel easily and continue shopping again. The nice room and nice view. I have the sickness and hotel staff are willing to help and send me to hospital.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in May of 2008 for five nights. The room was very large, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The free hot breakfast was wonderful and they have the BEST bread in all of Europe.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels and I believe this is one of the nicest so far. The bathrooms include a full tub *and* a separate shower, all the amenities you could want, down pillows and comforters on the bed and more. I had a minibar and a safe, with a robe, slippers, shoe horn, and shoe polish cloth all to myself. You can get internet access in several ways and of course there are phones in every nook and cranny.

Fantastic! I know that you always expect a four star hotel to be good, and this was - but it was the extras that really made it for me. Staff were incredibly welcoming, and greeted us with a smile, and even a 'welcome back' each time we returned to the hotel. The room was very well appointed and spotlessly clean, and the hotel itself was really close to the area we wanted to visit - the Christmas Markets! When we came to check out, the desk staff were so friendly, let us store our luggage for the day while we wandered out in the freezing cold - and even gave us complimentary snacks to go with our drinks while we waited to go to the airport. Can't rate this highly enough - I've travelled quite a bit and I can honestly say its probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in!

Location is good. Staff are friendly. Vallet parking is convenient. They tried to charge mini bar expanese, which I did not use. If fact, I noticed at bill confrimation.
