+ Excellent value for money and no extra charge for my dog. - Although it says parking available this may be in the local streets as the designated car park fills up quickly

Very nice for an inexpensive hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We had no problems even though neither of us spoke any German.

+ Management and staff - very polite and helpful - The Hotel was a bit far from the station. In the morning a shuttle service is offered but after 10am it is a long walk back from the station as busses are only every 1 hour.

We stayed on a weekend. The hotel was clean, the staff super, and the breakfast was wonderful! They were accommodating seeing that we have three young children.

+ the lady at the reception - excellent service and hospitality - It felt more like a hostel which is not what I expected for this price. Rather remote; convenient for the exhibition centre but not for the city centre.
