very clean room I was asked to present the credid card I used to book the room witch was not mentioned when I made the booking(I had other credit cards with me)and they made a strong issue about it.On the other hand the room was already payed in advance .

Because this hotel was so reasonably priced, I was unsure what I was really getting myself into. This hotel was immaculate - the cleanest hotel I think I've ever stayed in! Linens - bed and bath smelled fresh and clean! Front desk staff were great - spoke both English and German. Upon my arrival I asked if they had the number to a taxi - they explained to me that they would order the taxi, I just needed to tell them what time. I thought that was a great gesture.

It is far from the station on foot. At 20 minutes on foot However, the room was beautiful, and reasonable.

Of the 5 or 6 places we stayed at while in Germany and Switzerland, you had probably the second best breakfast spread. The staff were friendly and helpful plus spoke fairly good English. I only wish I could have found the jeweler that had watches on display in a case near the registration desk while in town - they were nice pieces with good prices.
